Cyprus is preparing to introduce new ship registry and related services through the Cyprus Shipping One-Stop-Shop Portal (CYSh1P), with users encouraged to complete registration before the launch.
The Shipping Deputy Ministry announced the expansion in Circular No. 24/2026, issued on 27 October 2026. The new services will complement those already available through CYSh1P for the Cyprus Tonnage Tax System and seafarers’ certificates.
According to the circular, the additional services are expected to become available in the coming weeks. The exact launch date will be announced in a subsequent circular.
Shipowners, ship managers, representatives and advocates are encouraged to review the relevant user manuals, familiarise themselves with the platform and complete the required registration and enrolment procedures ahead of the launch. Preparing early will help avoid delays in submitting and processing applications.
